This position is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategiesManage supplier relationshipsManage and review contractsNegotiate contracts with suppliersEnsure compliance with procurement policies and proceduresOversee the procurement process from requisition to paymentManage the procurement budgetIdentify and evaluate potential cost savings opportunitiesStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesPrepare and deliver presentations on procurement topicsEvaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectationEvaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the projectOther duties as assignedQualifications
