- 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, implementation, and support (or equivalent combination of advanced degree and experience)
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, database management, and OS (Linux/Windows)
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in US time zone when needed
- Ability to work independently in global support and project environments
- SAP certifications
- Experience with SAP Cloud technologies and SAP BTP

- Manage and maintain SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, SCM, PO/PI, Business Objects, BI Platform, and Solution Manager)
- Handle integrations between SAP on-prem and cloud systems (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, IBP) via SAP PO/PI, BTP, Integration Suite, and Cloud Connector
- Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, identify issues proactively, and ensure system optimization
- Implement and manage system security strategies; ensure compliance with SOX guidelines
- Serve as the main contact for SAP OSS during critical incidents; track and manage fixes and updates
- Perform upgrades and patches (SAP Kernel, Database, Cloud Connector, etc.)
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on underwriting for new and renewal businesses, ensuring compliance with risk assessment, authority limits, and treaty terms.
- Monitor risk acceptance to align with underwriting guidelines and treaty limits.
- Provide technical support to Marketing teams (e.g., maintain policy wording and underwriting templates).
- Develop and maintain underwriting statistics; prepare underwriting reports.
- Support other underwriting tasks as assigned.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments (Reinsurance, Business Processing, Accounting, etc.) and external peers in the reinsurance market.
- Ensure compliance with delegated decision-making authority.
- Meet KPIs such as accurate risk acceptance and standard response quality to internal teams and clients.
