Adecco's Client - a Top Ride-Hailing Service Company is looking for potential candidates to fill in the Banking Operations Coordinator - Temp 8 months position.Contract: 8 months (Maternity cover)Work location: PVI Building - 1 Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay, HanoiWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSalary range: 13,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND GrossResponsibilities:
  • Research and contribute to the development of policies and procedures on payment, settlement, and reconciliation for the Bank.
  • Reconciliation and settlement of connection services with Banks, and fees receivable/payable with banks. Ensure payment data work is fully checked, ensuring correct and matching with accounting data.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (Banks, payment acceptance units, payment service providers, etc.) to support handling requests to investigate complaints about payment transactions on the Moca app.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (banks, merchants, payment partners) to support processing payment/money transfer orders.
  • Work with development/operations teams to build and use tools/software to support payment settlement and reconciliation with the Bank.
  • Participate in supporting testing and acceptance of service products and projects to deploy payment services with the Bank.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to assist in answering customer questions during the use of Moca products and services.
  • Synthesize and prepare reports on payments and reconciliations with banks.
  • Participate in projects as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
  • University degree or higher in Finance - Banking, Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of experience in settlement and reconciliation at card centers of banks or intermediary payment organizations.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in banking and an understanding of payment operations with payment intermediaries, e-wallets, payment acceptance units, and domestic and international card organizations.
  • Proficient in office information technology, especially good Excel skills, and knowledgeable about VBA programming.
  • Have good data analysis and writing report skills.
