- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the Vietnam market.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
- Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Vietnamese markets, including 2 years in a team lead role.
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English language.
- Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
