- Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but not limited to):
- Prepare promotional press releases on personalities among guests and associates of the Hotel and on noteworthy events in the Hotel
- Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel's newsletters/s and flyers for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials
- Take pictures and record videos of VIPs, shows and events happening etc.
- Monitor and update information and content of hotel's website and postings on other digital platforms of the hotels
- Plan content themes, campaigns, and posting schedules for Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and YouTube according to the Content strategy from Marcom Manager
- Tailor content to suit each platform's best practices and audience preferences.
- Monitor social media channels regularly, engaging with comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Handle the administrative requirements of the Marcom department
- Work with other departments to coordinate guest's lists, invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners etc.
- Attend to client/media complaints, requests, and enquiries
- Assist with the hosting of media, planned press conferences and other press activities
- Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
- Maintain and update digital photographs/slides library
- Analyze and evaluate performance of marketing and promotion campaigns
- The person responsible for all site - inspection activities at the resort
- Coordinate with Sales & Operation team about BEO meeting before event happened
- Timekeeping for the team on Cadena system and paperwork assigned by the Management
- Support all contract/documents need to be signed off from resort side/owner side/partner side.
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Understand how to take photos and use Canva and AI software.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and actively put forward innovative ideas and suggestions to the team.
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Be proactive with capturing all events happening (along with taking pictures and video recording to timely update on owned channels)
