- Understand the Customer: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand customer pain points around payments, invoicing, and reconciliation. Lead the expansion of our competitive advantage by conducting research on competitive landscape and market dynamics, and proactively identify and evaluate innovative solutions to resolve customer pain.
- Drive Discovery: As part of the Product Trio, brainstorm, develop and test product ideas to customer problems in rapid pace, using tools like PRFAQs, customer interviews, prototypes. Validate value, usability, feasibility and viability risks; gather evidence, take corrective decisions and iterate.
- Own Delivery & Quality: Own end-to-end lifecycle of Fintech products. Collaborate with our talented agile teams to design and deliver seamless and scalable solutions for use by the top league of global corporations. Define, and proactively track key metrics (product and feature level) to guide continuous innovation.
- Communicate Effectively: Align diverse stakeholders-from engineers to executives-with clarity, working backwards from the anticipated result using metric-based evidence and purpose. Deliver solutions that work for the restrictions of the business functions by establishing strong stakeholder relationships and taking them on the journey throughout product development lifecycle.
- Champion Compliance & Scalability: Design solutions that are compliant with global payment regulations and adaptable across markets.
- You have 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of testing, shipping, and scaling innovative products. Strong B2B experience is a must; experience in travel and/or payments strongly preferred.
- You're passionate about solving real customer pain points. You are comfortable using prototype testing, customer interviews, PRFAQs to guide discovery, and have a proven record of leveraging data to guide decisions that deliver meaningful impact.
- You are a strategic product thinker, who links product decisions to business goals, demonstrates strong financial acumen in areas like revenue, margin, and cash contribution, and ensures the product remains relevant and differentiated by continually conducting competitive and industry research.
- You communicate with clarity and purpose, aligning teams and stakeholders through evidence. You have experience with influencing diverse internal and external audiences, both business and technical, from customers to executives to functions across operations, sales and finance
- You take full ownership-hands-on, pragmatic, and accountable from idea to impact, whether that means drafting marketing and sales materials, writing a QA plan or investigating the root cause of a customer support ticket
