Job Responsibilities
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for sales and Japanese assistance. - Customer visits - Receive orders from customers over the phone and report to the manager. - Follow up and strictly adhere to shipping deadlines. - Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders. - Communicate with suppliers regarding orders. - Support sales activities. - Deal with existing customers. - Provide support for translation and interpretation between Vietnamese and Japanese. - Responsible for tasks related to the sales system.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age:25-35 years old ・Gender:Any ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: Japanese business level and English Conversional level (Writing emails and reading documents) ・More than 3 years of working experience as Sales or Sales support *Even if you don't have sales experience, you can apply if you have experience as a mechanical or electrical engineer and are motivated to work in sales. ・Other: Driver's license (Visiting customers by company car) ・Living in Bac Ninh
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Chinese speaking ・Manufacturing experience ・Experience in defining production equipment requirements ・Can read drawings ・Working in a Japanese Company
