- Lead modern trade operations and execution with distributors and retail partners.
- Conduct monthly alignment meetings with distributors and modern trade customers.
- Plan and implement monthly activities with key account customers.
- Manage SKU listings, packaging changes, product replacements, and new account openings.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and lead Trade Term Agreement (TTA) negotiations.
- Drive execution of retail excellence programs (POG, SOS, SBS, battery counters).
- Lead stock forecast planning to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct pre- and post-promotion evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage gross margins and trade investment (TI) to ensure commercial profitability.
- Drive customer development and secure Share of Shelf (SOS) in line with market share objectives.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and guide distributors to win new accounts.
- Ensure timely promotion execution and proper in-store product display with adequate stock weight.
- Develop and maintain strategic Customer Plans for key accounts in line with marketing goals.
- Monitor sales force coverage and ensure accurate pricing at the store level.
- Ensure planogram compliance and maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) merchandising.
- Secure secondary displays during promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Key Account Management and Distributor Management.
- Solid background in handling operational issues in retail execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and advanced negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
