With a strong presence in Southeast Asia, their Vietnam office is expanding its technical support capabilities to better serve partners and customers in the region is seeking for talented Service Engineer.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers in Vietnam
  • Follow up on warranty claims and provide timely support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites
  • Develop, update, and translate technical training materials (English, Vietnamese, and Chinese)
  • Build and manage a customer service database
  • Provide on-ground support during customer events and product launches
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by the technical service team
