QA/QC Engineer (Vietnamese Speaker) - Bau Bang, Binh Duong

- Responsible for Company Quality system (ISO9001, ISO14001 and IT is a plus with ISO 27001, TQM) and FSSC; Scope includes maintenance and certification.
- Ensure high quality /reliability of products and development compliance for product requirements.
- Organize and conduct internal and external audits for IMS and ISMS.
- Report non-compliance, non-conformity during audits or product/project review.
- Follow-up and monitor corrective actions and preventive actions from nonconformities.
- Responsible for the Documentation Control system.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to update and maintain ISO related documentation.
- Create, update, and/or review IMS and ISMS related documents, in collaboration with process owners.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Manage quality standards and implement quality control systems.
- Validate process, control plan and control report.
- Prepare inspection standard and report.
- Work with cross functional team to investigate quality concern and review corrective action.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure that the requirement of quality standards is aligned.
- Perform failure analysis reports and maintain timely delivery to customers.
- Respond to customers' request and feedback
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field/ Science or equivalent (Chemical or Polymer is preferred).
- Detail oriented.
- At least 01 year of experience as QA or ISO for manufacturing company
- Adept at decision making, problem-solving and analytic.
- Self-motivated, fast learning and can work in team
- Good command in spoken and written English and basic Microsoft Office.
- Work at Factory in Bau Bang (Binh Duong), from Monday to Saturday during normal business hours.
