- Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives, including corporate videos, newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather information and stories for various communication channels.
- Assist in organising and coordinating SEA regional site meetings, and functional meetings to facilitate effective communication within the organisation.
- Internal communication content materials (article, videos, etc.)
- Successful event coordination/implementation
- Administrative support for Communication Leader
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- 3rd or last year student, who can provide Internship Recommendation letter from their University
- Good design sense and able to quickly capture corporate brand design language of IKEA.
- Video editing skills (either with Premier Pro or Canva) is the key advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
- Adequate organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Expected Internship Period: 6 months, starting from Oct 2025
- Details on time invested: full time, Monday - Friday
- Office location: Thisofic Tower, An Khanh ward, HCMC
