- Develop and execute agency channel strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build revenue plans, set quarterly/yearly KPIs, and allocate targets by client group.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with agency decision-makers; conduct QBRs and resolve conflicts.
- Drive both new business acquisition and key account management (50%-50%).
- Support agencies with proposals, media plans, campaign optimization, and budget efficiency.
- Track KPIs (revenue, win-rate, retention), analyze performance data, and forecast pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to support campaigns and enhance policies.
- Lead a team of 3; manage costs, payment collections, and deliver training/workshops for agencies.
- Male/Female, under 38, good-looking.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years' experience as an Account Manager / Business Development in advertising, digital marketing, or media.
- Proven track record managing large projects (≥7-10 billion VND/year) with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, Adtima, etc.
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
- Strong knowledge of agency operations, media buying, and advertising market trends.
- Skilled in data analysis, KPI reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot…); strong leadership and negotiation skills.
