Design and improve/develop equipment in the production process to increase effectiveness, quality, productivity, and safety for easy work, etc.
Coordinate with other departments to analyze the root cause and provide timely solutions to solve the occurred issues.
Training production employees about technical etc.
Standardize the improvement projects to SOP and handover to Line Manager.
Support R&D team to develop and prepare new tool /layout, and machine parameters subject to NPD projects (new product development, new or alternative raw materials, changing in the specification, other packaging lines as used in the past) And to deploy technical information about respective processes.
Prepare proposal for improvement or corrective actions for our products and processesAssist Line manager to ensure quality of the product meets the standard and customer requirements
Performs to Huhtamaki's Manufacturing Guideline and Quality System.
Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
Liaisons with inter-departmental managers for the implementation of quality improvement projects.Play a critical role as a facilitator in deploying WCO/ TPM pillars & improvement activities
Stabilize, standardize, and optimize the processes to enhance the quality and productivity as well as reach to higher level of TPM.
Collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret data as well as organize the Workshop/ Gemba walk to define the opportunities to improve continuously.
Lead/coordinate with internal related customers to carry forward agreed activities/assigned projects; to increase productivity or any other objective that benefits the companyJoin us. Help protect food, people and the planet.
