- A well-established company specializing in the manufacturing of garment is looking for Sales Manager
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, performance management, and goal setting.
- Build strong relationships with key clients including architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and market segments to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, project, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to refine go-to-market approaches.
- Oversee major bids and proposals, including pricing strategy, solution design, and negotiations.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs to senior management.
