This role is responsible for driving business growth of process fluids in Vietnam by developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong focus on Japanese customers and key accounts. It involves market research, sales operations, customer relationship management, and team capability development to achieve revenue, margin, and long-term business expansion goals.Business Development: Conduct market studies, identify new opportunities, and build a strong customer pipeline, focusing on strategic accounts and Must-Win Projects.Customer Engagement: Visit clients, run trials, make offers, and establish strong relationships with strategic customers to drive conversions in targeted segments.Sales Operations: Set and achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, margin), collaborate with distributors/customers for orders, and monitor OPEX for cost efficiency.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales KPIs, analyze market/competitor trends, forecast demand, and provide regular reports to management and regional teams.Technology & Process: Utilize CRM, Power BI, and SFA tools for pipeline management, reporting, and improving sales forecast accuracy.Sales Capability Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor team members, conduct performance appraisals, and create individual development plans to strengthen sales effectiveness.Attractive package in marketGlobal Leading in marketQualifications & Language: Bachelor's degree in Metalworking Engineering (or related), with Japanese proficiency as a strong plus.Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales, particularly in metalworking fluids or similar industries, with proven success in business development and customer pipeline management.Customer Expertise: Strong track record working with Japanese clients, building credibility and relationships at top management levels.Skills & Competencies: Solid product/technical knowledge, ability to craft and execute sales strategies, and expertise in distribution, channel, and key account management.Analytical & Strategic Abilities: Strong problem-solving, market analysis, and forecasting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Interpersonal Strengths: Effective communication, negotiation, conflict handling, adaptability, digital proficiency, and customer-centric approach.It is a global leader in high-performance lubricants and industrial fluids, serving automotive, motorsport, and heavy industries with advanced solutions.
