- Create, Develop & implement supplier/vendor specific initiatives (25%)
- Channel Partner & Vendor engagement (20%)
- Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections (15%)
- Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management (15%)
- Learn from existing BDMs on market potential and work on developing market base (10%)
- Work with Channel Partners (30%) and End Customer engagement (70%) to develop sales competencies and help close deals through “hands on” involvement and coaching
- Coordinate with Supplier for Partner Technical & Sales Training on new product/s and/or technologies (15%)
- 2 to 5 Years of relevant work experience (Software sales experience of Adobe or Autodesk, Microsoft, others Software solutions for Design industry..is an advantage)
- Bachelor's Degree with Technical / Business field of study required.
- Technical skills are preferred
- Experience with working with End users is a must
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Good English skills and Able to converse and write effectively in English and and a local language.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Distribution center environment may include: exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Professional, office environment.
- Frequent Travel Required (50%).
