- Market Development: Plan and develop new market opportunities for solar Rooftop C&I, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other clean technologies. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the company's prospects and clients.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses to manage sales performance against market development and company objectives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Commercial and Marketing Campaigns: Lead the company's commercial and marketing campaigns, promoting Solar Rooftop C&I projects and project ownership. Develop innovative approaches to expand market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Evaluate customers to define their value and develop customer strategies that support account growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, market dynamics, sales processes, campaigns, customers, and competitors.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry policies, market trends, customer requirements, and competitor actions. Use this knowledge to recommend best practices and drive market success.
- Experience: At least 3 years in sales or business development. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Commercial Sales Skills: Ability to handle corporate management-level clients such as company MDs, CEOs, or business owners. Strong commercial sales skills are an advantage.
- Energetic and Dynamic: Candidates who demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and a fun, responsible attitude will excel in this role. A "doable mindset" is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates without a degree are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
