- Evaluate raw materials, associated materials against clients standard, check order against items received.
- May include evaluating factory capabilities as necessary.
- Inspect products for defects and overall workmanship during in process, and or final stages, checking quality against reference sample or other client-approved standard/criteria.
- Visual inspection and measurement of finished products against client standard/criteria.
- Follows all required procedures established by company and client.
- Represents company in professional and ethical manner.
- Working with inspection coordinator, produce draft or final inspection report.
- Communicate with site contact (verbal & written).
- Communicate with inspection coordinator (verbal & written).
- Must be knowledgeable in use of computer hardware and have skill level required to use software currently in use by department.
- Adherence to all relevant UL environmental, health, and safety procedures and regulations, as well as any requirements from the client that may be applicable.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Other job duties as needed.
- Study and ensure full understanding inspection requirements to conduct the daily inspection as assigned.
- Complete the draft report after finished inspection.
- Prepare the type report with photos insert and send back to SS (Suport Service specialist) .
- Support SS (Suport Service specialist) to deal with any issue relative to inspection, client's complaints.
- Strictly follow Company Code of Ethics and related requirements as provided.

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with solid knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
- Experience with third-party inspection services is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in inspection procedures and random sampling methodologies prior to conducting on-site inspections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of responsibility, independence, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with flexibility, diligence, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
- Open to travel as required by the role.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
