Recorded import-export documents
Confirm the importation document & send the shipment instruction to supply country.
Prepare export documents.
Check and follow-up schedule import-export Seeds
Coordinate with customs/quarantine department and logistic service providers (4PL/3PL) to ensure timely shipments.
Assist in resolving any issues related to shipments or customs clearance.
Maintain accurate records of imports and exports for reporting and auditing purposes
Check the imported list (provided by FI) and provide all import docs to FI to prepare payment procedures for imported goods to the Hub.
Input detail invoice (pay in advance) in excel file and create-upload order payment in SNOW.
Receive debit note and create PO in Ariba to pay for the vendor.

Bachelor degree is required
Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in Import and Export.
To support import-export shipment as per agreed delivery plan as per standard lead time.
Correct in shipping documents and compliance.
Working directly with 3PL, 4PL and Government department to ensure all import shipments meet standard lead time.
Good at English communication skills
Good communication and analytical skills.
High sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Meticulous and pro-active.
Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
