- Develop Danfoss Cooling business in HVAC-R industry, mainly with wholesalers and contractors
- Building and maintaining strong business relationship with wholesaler partners to influence and increase their sales
- Executing the business growth strategies to grow our share of wallet & bring in trading disciplines
- Monitoring the market, competitors, and partners' customers to have most compelling offer
- Carrying out sales activities and maximizing sales opportunities for all Danfoss product range
- Achieve agreed goals by collaborating with wholesalers and contractors
- Deliver high quality level of Danfoss technology solutions to customers. Conduct technical/product training to partners to improve their skill and knowledge
- Increase project pipeline, hunting new opportunities and reach target win amount by collaborating with partners, meeting customers' customers
- Develop the growth objectives & strategies for business areas focused and execute activity plans agreed with manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Refrigeration) or Business
- Prior sales experience working with OEMs or Contractors within the air conditioning or industrial refrigeration market segments; or 3-12 years technical or sales related experience in air conditioning of refrigeration with understanding in refrigeration cycle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English language is essential
