Performance Tester

• A minimum of six years of experience in a software engineering or QA role, with a strong emphasis on performance testing.
• Excellent English communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Proficient in programming with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java for developing and maintaining performance test scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing solutions and monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks in both web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience in retail environments, especially in eCommerce, focused on optimizing performance for customer and end-user experiences.
• Proven track record of collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams, using asynchronous communication to drive efficiency and timely delivery.
• Capable of formulating and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies that ensure thorough test coverage, scalability, and reliability.
• A history of successfully implementing and managing performance testing frameworks and environments.
• A solid understanding of software development methodologiesincluding SDLC, Agile, and Waterfalland how performance testing integrates within these processes.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and detailed performance testing reports and strategies.
• A collaborative mindset, with the initiative to discuss challenges, offer insights, and propose proactive solutions.

• Developing and executing performance test strategies to ensure applications meet required performance and scalability benchmarks.
• Collaborating with global teams to upskill engineers and tackle complex performance-related challenges.
• Advising clients on best practices for performance testing and optimization of their eCommerce platforms.
• Conducting performance analyses, monitoring system behavior, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously enhancing performance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
• Assisting with the recruitment and mentoring of engineers for our growing team in Vietnam.
• Partnering with technologists worldwide to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
