- Effectively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and solutions on the manufacturing site.
- Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site.
- Actively improves, apply, trains and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization.
- Install and configure hardware, computer systems and applications within the company.
- Apply good interpersonal skills to work with senior partners.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and/or networks.
- Engages with vendors as it relates to IT area.
- Advanced Hardware Fix: Extensive knowledge of computer hardware components, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques for resolving complex hardware issues.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, with skills in sophisticated configuration and system optimization.
- Software Applications: Familiarity with O365 and its components, capable of crafting simple Low Code/No Code solutions, and understanding key API concepts.
- Networking: In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and other technologies to solve complex network issues.
- ITSM Knowledge: Active understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Security Awareness: Expertise in IT security practices, including vulnerability assessment, threat detection, incident response, and implementing security controls.
- Mobile Devices: Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), along with basic problem solving and configuration skills for smartphones and tablets.
- Remote Support: Ability to provide remote assistance using remote desktop tools or other support software.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and handling cloud resources.
