• Manage and supervise the Quality Assurance department
• Analyze departmental/company issues and improve systems
• Coordinate quality improvement activities in the factory
• Handle customer audits
• Handle IATF audits
• Report to the Board of Directors
• Other tasks assigned by superiors

• University degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in ISO 9001; knowledge of IATF is preferred
• Able to prepare 8D reports
• Strong skills required:

• 5W Analysis
• Problem-solving
• Conflict resolution
