  • Ensures both guest-facing and internal service meet brand standards, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Actively monitors service quality during peak periods and fosters strong guest and team relationships.
Qualifications:Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.Fluency in spoken and written English required.Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
