- Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives and customer demands.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure that the production process meets quality standards and implement quality control programs.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met, and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement- KPI.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a production management role within a biomedical manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address production issues promptly.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of English
