- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in project sales for electrical products.
- Established connections with project owners, M&E contractors, and design consultancy firms will be an advantage.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
- Deliver sales performance in line with assigned targets for ECM (Electrical Construction Material) products, including Wiring Devices, Switchgear, Fire Alarm Systems, Power Tools, and Solar solutions.
- Drive B2B business growth and expand market presence by identifying potential partners and converting selected prospects into long-term collaborations (such as M&E companies, contractors, project owners, and design consulting firms).
- Identify and pursue potential projects, maintain close follow-up with clients and project progress, and work with distributors to achieve sales objectives.
- Define project scope and requirements, allocate resources, and implement effective action plans.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and tailored product solutions to strengthen customer relationships and secure brand preference in projects.
- Maintain and update customer database while enhancing engagement with existing accounts.
- Improve brand visibility among B2B customers through technical seminars, product presentations, and targeted activities.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to monitor project updates and ensure timely responses when required.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to secure orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly activity reports and update the project pipeline for management review.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
