We're hiring a Principal Product Owner - Digital Financial Growth Solutions to lead the full lifecycle of digital products that empower millions of users across Asia and Africa. Take full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution across portfolios like Fintech.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Business, and Design - to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and guide agile squads to deliver user-centric features at speed and scale.
Leverage data to validate hypotheses, track product performance, and continuously refine direction.
Align with global and local stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
Contribute to a product-led culture that's customer-obsessed, data-informed, and outcome-driven.

Proven experience owning digital products in high-growth tech or fintech environments; familiarity with financial services (e.g., lending, payments, crypto) is a strong plus.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure with a cool head, collaborative mindset, and strong influencing skills.
Deep understanding of product management best practices; agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) are welcome.
Strong business acumen; background in engineering, strategy consulting, or similar is a bonus.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A practical dreamer - someone who can craft visionary product strategies while obsessing over user experience and execution details.
