- Analyze and manage sales data to support business decisions.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers and factories to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct off-site visits and supervise loading/unloading activities.
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule customer meetings and sales appointments.
- Develop and prepare sales materials to support business activities.
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
- Coordinate projects and sales activities across departments.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., sales support, procurement, supply chain, etc.).
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, and relationships simultaneously.
- Experience in lubricants or polymer sales is a strong advantage.
