Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 months long internship period.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data and market analysis to identify business gaps, and support the design and implementation of revenue-driving campaign strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing localized campaigns that enhance the diversity and engagement of entertainment content on the platform.
- Understand creator and user psychology, identify local user behavior patterns, and provide insights and solutions to improve user experience and platform engagement.
- Continuously conduct market research and analyze successful campaign cases from competitors; propose new ideas to improve campaign structure and interactive formats.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English (spoken and written); strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong communication, learning agility, patience, and attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Graduation year 2026 or later. Must be able to commit to at least 4 working days per week and an internship period of 3 months or longer.Preferred qualifications:
- Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office Suite; passionate about the internet industry, especially short video and live-streaming platforms.
