- Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within region to achieve established sales targets
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region.
- Responsible and accountable to achieve TT channel KPIs: NIS/IMS, Inventory, TI, GM and Market Share
- Develop ABP plan, TT sales strategies and Business Plan for the territory
- Manage and execute GTM strategy to ensure distribution and coverage. Provide market insight and competitor information with propose action plan
- Monitor the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
- Lead and manage distributors to achieve company objectives, ensure effective and timely execution of Sales and Marketing program or activity; accountable to distributor system data integrity and inventory accuracy
- Conduct periodic Business Strategic Review with Distributor and Key Customers
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region.
- Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
- Coach Area Sales Managers on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
- Academic qualification (Degree or Diploma) with major in Business, Business Admin or equivalent
- 7-10 years of GT sales experience within FMCG industry in Vietnam, leading sales team and managing distributors.
- Proven regional experience in implementing sales strategy and operations function. Business mindset, ROI-driven, willing to work under pressure environment and achieve success
- Regular usage of Microsoft Excel (using VLookup and Pivot Table for mass data analysis and reporting) and Powerpoint (for management presentation)
- Excellent command of English in both writing and spoken. Proficient in other dialect will be an advantage
