- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects based on criteria and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and social outreach
- Coordinate with the marketing team on content promotion and campaign performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support positioning
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and lead funnel performance
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or lead generation role
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable reaching out to leads and holding introductory conversations
- You have familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic marketing automation tools
- You have experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
- You have a familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Analytics, or SEM tools
- You have an understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring

What happens after you submit your application?The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
