- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to Vietnam, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in Vietnam.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
- Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
- Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
- Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Vietnamese markets.
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English language.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in Vietnam.
- Knowledge of Vietnam market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
