Position Objective/Expectation
- This position mainly focuses on interpretation, while also supporting the Japanese sales manager in overall business activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall support for the Japanese sales manager - Attend meetings and business trips with the manager, handling Japanese ⇔ Chinese interpretation (consecutive) - Translate and support the preparation of contracts, quotations, and proposals - Assist in communication and coordination with clients (Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese companies) - Arrange schedules, transportation, and accommodation for business trips - Prepare reports, input, and manage sales-related data - Support internal communication and coordination among related departments - Handle other assistant tasks as assigned by the Japanese managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 24 - 28 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: - Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above); AND Mandarin at Business level (HSK 6 equivalent) ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or in a related position ・Flexible to travel for business trips
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in a Japanese company ・Strong communication and organizational skills ・Proactive and supportive personality
