Finance Manager

• Preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Developing and monitoring budgets to ensure effective cost control.
• Overseeing compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA, CPA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, compliance standards, and local accounting practices.
• Prior experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment is essential.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
