ACG_2820_JOBOur client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Provide administrative support for daily operations within the Quality department.Handle submission of QA-related documentation to HR and Administrative teams.Input and manage internal quality data on a daily basis.Oversee and update the Master Document database, including procedures, work instructions, and standardized forms.Ensure adherence to ISO/API and other applicable quality standards; support external and internal audit processes.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper control over all quality documents.Organize and manage physical document filing systems efficiently.Take ownership of the internal Document Control System, ensuring consistency in procedural and form updates.Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.RequirementsPossess at least a diploma-level education or higher.A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document control under recognized quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, API Q1).Strong command of English in reading and writing.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Comfortable working in a multicultural environment across various organizational levels; adaptable with work schedules and able to perform under pressure.Skilled in using computers, drafting reports, and working with Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.Prior knowledge of ISO 9001 or API Spec Q1 is a strong plus.Contact: Giang Tran, Hoang Hai Ha or Nga Nguyen
