Process Engineer (Transformer)

Adecco's client - a leading electronics manufacturer is looking for a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in magnetic manufacturing (transformers, inductors).
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Familiar with technical drawings, mechanical design, and factory operations.
Strong problem-solving skills (4M, 5 Why, PDCA, Pareto), teamwork, and training ability.
Positive, cost-conscious, and capable of working independently.

Support R&D in new product development: build samples, set up processes, review BOMs and drawings.
Assist production: update standards, release specifications, resolve issues, and drive improvements.
Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, cost, and downtime.
Design and optimize production processes for magnetic components (transformers, inductors).
Train production staff on new products and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production-related problems.
