Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)ABOUT THE JOBThe Senior Associate, Risk & Control is a common point of expertise and provides first line controls, compliance and risk assurance support to management and NAB Vietnam colleagues. This role is critical in driving risk assurance awareness, understanding, and change to create a centre of excellence for controls including the uplift of NAB’s controls infrastructure. The role assists management to develop adequate systems and controls to identify, assess, quantify and manage the risks within NAB Vietnam. It also supports the assessment of compliance gaps against risk obligation, and development and execution of treatment plan.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWeekly and monthly reporting insights to Senior stakeholders.Advising the supporting business unit on the application of operational risk and compliance management frameworks to achieve business outcomes.Supporting 1st line risk activities, including but not limited to risk profiling, risk events, controls design, change risk, obligations management, policy compliance, regulatory responses, and risk management forums, process modelling.PACE standard – process modelling, control build and obligation reviews.Actively managing and reporting on risk activity in GRACE.Drafting business assessments, deep dives and management papers.Supporting ad hoc initiatives as they arise.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTS5+ years’ experience working in compliance management/risk/internal control or external audit or equivalentExperience producing reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.Exposure to operational risk management/ IT Governance/ or IT Risk, which have solid knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Exposure to 1st line risk activities within an operations environment (preferred).Exposure to documenting controls through design workshops, control reviews and/or process walkthroughs.Proven experience in operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domainsExcellent verbal and written communication skills- including reporting and analysis.Risk management and compliance disciplines.Senior stakeholder management.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Time Management.Self-starter who can work independently.Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business.THE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
