- Define the territory's growth strategy by working closely with BRAIN global leadership and WorldQuant's Vietnam head to build the WQBRAIN brand
- Develop case for new growth initiatives
- Handle operations including user management - includes acquisition, onboarding, engagement, support and lifecycle support
- Engage with internal and external partners to implement growth plan
- Drive execution of key initiatives like promotions, competitions etc.
- Lead key global initiatives and craft standard methodologies across WQBRAIN locations
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized colleges and institutions
- 5 years+ of relevant experience in business strategy, marketing and operations related work with a consistent track record of building/scaling a B2C business or online community
- Product experience: proven positive impact on user onboarding, conversion, growth or engagement metrics
- Experience in quant or finance domains/industries would be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
