- Represent company in Vietnam as the legal and executive head.
- Develop and implement the Vietnam business strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the local leadership team and broader workforce.
- Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, government bodies, industry associations, and key external partners.
- Foster business synergies and spearhead new business development opportunities across Vietnam and the ASEAN region.
- Actively engage in public representation and participate in supervisory or administrative boards as needed.
- Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee and manage the country P&L, ensuring profitability, cost-efficiency, and financial governance.
- Optimize resource allocation while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Culture & Organizational Development
- Champion a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Drive employee development, talent retention, and succession planning.
- Proven senior leadership experience in an international, matrix-structured organization (preferably in industrial automation or engineering).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align local execution with global direction.
- Solid understanding of the Vietnam business environment and ASEAN market dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with full P&L responsibility and financial acumen.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
