We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Group Brand Management - Beauty Category to join our Commercial Team. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of leading Beauty brands (skincare, cosmetics, personal care, haircare, fragrances), driving growth, and achieving commercial excellence.
You will be responsible for building strong ecommerce strategies tailored to the Beauty industry, overseeing P&L performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key platforms. This role requires close collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and external brand partners, while leading and developing a high-performing Brand Management team.Responsibilities:
- Category Growth & Strategy: Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for Beauty brands, leveraging deep category insights (consumer trends, product innovation, seasonal demand, competitive landscape).
- Ecommerce Partner Management: Lead and negotiate annual agreements with top e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to secure strategic visibility, campaigns, and promotional opportunities for Beauty brands.
- P&L & Performance Management: Oversee brand portfolio profitability through robust P&L management, ensuring pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies deliver against targets.
- Campaign & Launch Excellence: Plan and execute high-impact brand campaigns, new product launches, and exclusive activations tailored for the Beauty category.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align Beauty brand strategies and deliver seamless end-to-end execution.
- Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and inspire the Brand Management team to deliver outstanding performance, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and excellence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with Beauty brand principals and ecommerce platforms to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and business growth.
- 4–6 years of experience in Ecommerce, Brand Management, or Category Management, preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in P&L management and ecommerce campaign planning.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with platforms and brand partners.
- Proven track record in managing Beauty brands (skincare, cosmetics, haircare, fragrances, personal care) across online channels.
