- Report to the Regional Sales Manager
- Lead and manage TT Distributors to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Field coaching with the sales staff and looking for sales opportunities, product visibility and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationship with TT Distributors, Key TT customers for increase product promotion and allocation of Van sales staff.
- Develop sales strategies based on territory, customers, market trend and competitor activities and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase the sales revenue
- Plan monthly promotional or sales activities for General Trade channel
- Develop direction and Key Performance Index for internal Sales Representative and TT distributors
- Set the Permanent Visit Plan for all Sales staff according to the territory and market requirements.
- Train and groom Sales Representative to improve their competency.
- At least three (4) years of working experience leading sales team & TT distributor in the territory level
- Experience in selling FMCG products to General Trade
- Experience in leading and managing the internal and Distributor sales force.
- Strong territory management planning skills.
- Driven and strategic business sense.
- Strong business sense and strategic mindset.
- Analytical and Negotiation skills.
