ACG_2994_JOBOur client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Job description:Develop and manage the company’s marketing strategy, establishing measurable KPIs such as lead quality and partner pipeline growth.Conduct market research and suggest marketing strategies for both new and existing products.Design communication and marketing plans for various brand types (group brands, individual brands, product lines) aligned with the business strategy set by the company’s Board of Directors.Prepare and oversee marketing communication budgets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, ensuring close monitoring and adjustment of budgets for each campaign according to approved communication strategies.Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers of the company.Train and mentor staff within the marketing department at all levels to collectively achieve the objectives and KPIs defined by the Board of Directors.Lead an internal marketing team composed of approximately 10 members across Digital, Content, PR/Social Media Marketing, Events, and Design, ensuring smooth operations and effective performance.Report to the Chief Commercial Officer with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the CEO for strategic oversight.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or equivalent leadership role.Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, digital performance management, and practical experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics 4, and Google/Meta advertising platforms.A strategic mindset with excellent management, analytical, and communication skills.Fluency in English.A plus if you have:Experience in marketing ERP solutions.Background knowledge in Branding and Communication.Experience organizing both online and offline events.Contact: Thao PhanDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
