- Define and implement a unified content and advocacy strategy across all brands and categories, including platform-specific approaches (e.g., TikTok, Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee) and influencer engagement plans.
- Oversee digital tools and platforms (e.g., influencer management, social listening, and automation tools) and explore new technologies including AI-driven content creation for market competitiveness.
- Partner with sales and e-commerce teams to drive integrated social commerce campaigns, working closely with key platforms and marketplaces popular in Vietnam.
- Utilizeanalytics and listening tools to uncover local market trends, generate insights, and guide data-informed content decisions. Set up automated dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Design and execute influencer marketing strategies, including budget planning, contract handling, compliance, and performance optimization. Work with the Advocacy Manager to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
- Manage creative and influencer agencies, select suitable partners, and oversee collaboration with local content creators and nano/micro influencer platforms.
- Develop and scale a content production model that responds quickly to cultural shifts and audience preferences, integrating both in-house and creator-led content.
- Champion experimentation by testing new features, partnerships, and content formats unique to the Vietnamese digital landscape.
- Lead training initiatives to upskill internal teams and embed best practices around content development, influencer engagement, and digital tools.
- Lead the formulation of a holistic livestreaming strategy tailored to the Vietnamese audience. Coordinate with the Livestreaming Manager on performance goals, vendor management, and content formats.
- Build and operationalize a strategic affiliate marketing framework in collaboration with the Affiliates Manager, including technology selection and network expansion.
- Represent the company in local industry forums, strengthen relationships with creators, and contribute to the upskilling of the broader content ecosystem.
- 8+ years of experience in digital content, influencer marketing, or brand communications, ideally in fast-moving consumer sectors in Vietnam
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's digital and social landscape
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic action
- Skilled communicator and stakeholder manager
- Proficient in using digital analytics and influencer marketing platforms
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
