Senior / Quality Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, Quality, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong understanding of risk management tools (e.g., FMEA) and statistical techniques (Control Charts, Gage R&R).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Moderate English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, RCCA, QC story, 5 Whys, FMEA (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with suppliers or contract manufacturers on technical projects related to electrical materials (preferred).
• Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

• Work according to QA assignment and KPIs to ensure product quality targets are met.
• Monitor and manage material quality issues, providing feedback to the SQE team or directly to suppliers to resolve problems during mass production.
• Develop and maintain FMEA/Control Plans for SMT, workstation, and box build processes, ensuring robust control methods and measurement systems.
• Support new product transfers and development at the site, driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with change management and documentation requirements.
• Conduct yield and pass rate analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Root Cause Investigations (RCI) for process and material issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-610 class 2 standards and participate in SPC, ISO, and Lean training programs.
