ACG_2878_JOBOur client is a company specialized in ingredient distributor who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Business Planning & ExecutionDeveloped and implemented weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans aligned with the company’s strategy, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.Managed and delegated group activities, including promotion, technical consulting, sales, and commercial development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Proposed sales and customer care policies (pricing, credit, discounts) to upper management for approval and implementation.Handled customer complaints related to product supply and quality; coordinated with internal departments to resolve issues and implement corrective measures.Sales Tools & Documentation ManagementManaged and maintained product documentation, sales tools (brochures, sales kits, technical materials), project files, and client/supplier records within the assigned domain.ReportingPrepared various business reports including market surveys, forecasts (rolling, sales), monthly/quarterly/annual reviews, and presented them to senior leadership and suppliers as required.Inventory & Credit ControlOversaw inventory planning and ensured timely stock availability through regular forecasts.Prevented slow-moving or expired stock and collaborated with other teams to manage excess inventory.Monitored customer credit and ensured timely debt collection in accordance with company policies.Market Development & Customer RelationsConducted regular client engagement to strengthen relationships and develop new projects.Welcomed suppliers, clients, and partners for meetings and coordinated technical workshops as per company procedures.Collected and analyzed industry and market data to advise management on product positioning and market strategies.Collaborated with management to assess current suppliers/products and propose new sourcing strategies to strengthen market presence.Team Development & HRSupported training, performance evaluation, and career development for team members based on department and company growth strategies.Participated in planning for recruitment and talent development aligned with long-term goals.Other ResponsibilitiesReported and sought approval from senior management for key business decisions.Built strong relationships with government bodies, media, universities, and research institutions to enhance the company’s image.Carried out other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the raw materials or R&D sector.English proficiency required: TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 6.5+.Professional appearance: neat, well-groomed, confident; minimum height 1.70m for males and 1.60m for females (male candidates preferred).Positive, optimistic attitude with a result-oriented mindset and persistence in goal achievement.Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and creative.Strong ability to work independently and in teams under high-pressure environments.Solid knowledge of the B2B industrial raw materials market and understanding of key competitors.Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and task execution skills.Strong leadership and management capabilities.Contact: Nhi LeDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
