This is truly an exciting role where two days will never be the same!You will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Management Team in ensuring the department operates efficiently in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to meet guest, colleague, and owner expectations.Qualifications:
  • Only open to Vietnamese citizens, as the role does not include work permit sponsorship.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Guest Service Manager.
  • Good problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Accept to work Night shift
