Job Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site plumbing works in line with MEP standards and safety regulations. - Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines to ensure smooth plumbing system installation. - Review drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and specialised software. - Manage site progress, inspections, and documentation using MS Office tools. - Communicate and negotiate effectively in English with stakeholders and suppliers. *Depending on your experience, you may be given management responsibilities.Job Requirement E
Must Requirements
- Education Background: graduated from a university related to Plumbing systems in the construction field - Gender: Male - Age: More than 25 years olds - Qualification: Bachelor's Degree - English Level: Intermediate level (for report , daily communication) - Experience: + Over 02 years of experience in design, supervision for Plumbing systems for factory or building projects + Having the skills to make design drawings, shop drawings, calculations and make design explanations.
Other requirements
: - Have responsibility in work, skills to control safety, quality & progress management. - Have worked for a Japanese Main Contractor/ have a supervision practice certificate, which will be high in the list of priorities - Willing to work on projects assigned by a superior - Be hard-working - Good negotiating, good communication. Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, others specialised software. - Supervision Certificate of MEP Works
