Job responsibility
- Lead and support Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing) implementation for finance. - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with manufacturing operations. - Monitor and analyze financial results; prepare management reports. - Perform cost analysis, pricing validation, and margin analysis. - Serve as a finance business partner to leadership for strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with VAS and support the transition to IFRS if needed. - Facilitate internal and external audits with proper documentation and process control.Job Requirement
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. - Gender: Any - Age: 27 - 40 - Foreign language: English at Business level ( can speak Korean is a big plus point) - Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing. + Proven proficiency in Oracle ERP
