About the Department:Store Operations Support Department is responsible for supporting UNIQLO stores to improve efficiency and customer service level of store by cooperating with other related departments of Head office. Members of the department will act as a "bridge" between Head Office and Store Operations.The department is also responsible for non-merchandise items and equipment related to UNIQLO stores' daily business operation. Working with property suppliers, vendors, manufacturers etc., also internal related department in the headquarters to provide necessary items for Store Operation, contribute to enhance store efficiency and optimize expense impact.About the Role:The position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of retail stores by providing administrative support, coordinating with vendors, managing payments, and facilitating communication between stores and the head office. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the Company business's strategic goals.Responsibilities:(1) Store Support (Administrative):Provide administrative support to store operations, ensuring compliance with UNIQLO’s operational standards.Maintain and update store documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve store-related issues.Monitor store performance metrics and prepare regular reports.(2) Vendor Management:Liaise with external vendors for store supplies, services, and maintenance.Track vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.Support vendor registration, documentation, and contract renewals.Handle vendor queries and escalate issues when necessary.(3) Payment Management:Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in coordination with the finance team.Reconcile payment records and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of expenses and budgets related to store operations.Assist in financial audits and reporting related to store expenditures.(4) Retail Business Coordination:Act as a communication bridge between stores and the head office.Support the rollout of retail initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.Coordinate logistics for store openings, renovations, and maintenance.Facilitate training and onboarding for store staff relating to SOS scope.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisorQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Procurement, Purchasing or related fields.At least 3 years experience in procurement, sales support or retail operations support or related.English: Business level (both written & verbal)Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines.Good analytical skills to draw insights from data and reflect them to actions;Good skills in MS Office Applications.Experience in retail or FMCG, especially fashion retail, is preferred.Personalities:Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive; possesses an inquisitive, commercial, analytical mind.Strong passion and career aspiration to make the brand be No.1 in the market.Mindset of customer-oriented & store-oriented.
