Finance Manager - Chinese Speaking

• Establish and implement financial policies, processes, and accounting systems.
• Ensure smooth and compliant financial operations aligned with international standards and Vietnamese regulations.

• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a proactive, collaborative culture to ensure stability in overseas operations.

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulators to manage compliance.
• Oversee tax filings, audits, and reviews, mitigating cross-border financial and tax risks.

• Partner with business leaders on investment, financing, cost control, and tax planning.
• Manage budgets and capital planning to optimize resources and drive operational efficiency.

• Deliver accurate financial data and insightful analysis to headquarters and senior management.
• Provide trend analysis to support decision-making and ensure reporting consistency between Vietnam and global offices.

• Fluency in Vietnamese and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
• 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in financial management in Vietnam.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, Vietnam tax policies, and cross-border tax planning.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in international financial systems.
• High sense of responsibility, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
